Branch manager is very friendly and helpful! Answered all my plant related questions about planting and care.
They say they are open on saturday from 8 to 11 and when I arrive at the place it is closed, wasting time.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. I purchased rocks online, which were advertised as one thing. Given the advertised photos online (1-3in), I opted to purchase them in bulk over the phone. The member on the phone was quick, to the point, and less-than-helpful in explaining the process. Just told me that I would receive a notification for delivery and that was that. Fast forward, delivery day comes. The SiteOne members, without attempt to knock/call/make notification, dumped the rock and departed. While seemingly harmless; wh... read more
