Sold my son-in-law a piece of equipment after they told him it would do the job. It did not work after he tried it out at a job site. Put it back in the case and returned it. Store employee said they could only give him a store credit. When he went to use the “store credit “ he found out the Manager said no. The case had some finger prints on it. So my son-in-law is out $1200 for a piece of equipment that was guaranteed to work and didn’t. They lost a good customer!
Great visit this afternoon to the Cheshire facility. The staff couldn't have been nicer and kindly answered my home owner concerns which are most likely the same ones they have to entertain all the time. Prices are much better than the big box stores and the product is fresh and stored indoors. Closed the transactions with the staff loading the 50lb bags into this senior's vehicle. I shall return and look forward to that. Bravo
