Was in need of item for the holiday season. Gave them exactly the right item number needed. Said the item number was in stock and they shipped me the wrong item. Now I'm stuck with an item I didn't want for a job needed. Charles wasn't pleasant in the handling of this issue. Was basically told if I don't want them return to store and they'd refund me. Going out of my way to write this review because of how great The service Charles Langley from the irrigation department provides! He's the only one Working the irrigation department and more ! I was there for 30 min and i heard his name called over 10 times by his coworkers for non irrrigation related questions ! Don't waste your time and go there, you ask for something and they give you something else, and gues what, 25% restoking charge if you want to return, Do your self a favor and don't go there.
