Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The employee who assisted me was a male employee with a goatee. He asked me why I didn’t simply hire someone to handle the irrigation work. I answered his question and explained exactly why. I told him that I’ve had frustrating experiences with contractors who relocated here from New York and New Jersey quoting what I consider ridiculous amounts of money for relatively simple work, which is precisely why I decided to handle this repair myself. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great inventory and pricing (vs big box places).
So much better than big box. They know landscaping and irrigation and have what you need.
It's is strictly commercial stuff and you better know what you need. Lots of good stuff for normal people but you better know in advance. It's not built for help, but handy things when you need them. Good place to buy a shovel and broom. The rest is commercial
