Went there to pick up some fertilizer late one afternoon. The man in the warehouse barely acknowledged my husband and I. He was busy looking at his phone. Not a hello. Not a goodbye. Not a Can I help you? As we were pulling out, he stood outside, texting on his phone. Perhaps someone else was helping all of these other reviewers who swore by the great customer service. We certainly didn't experience it.
