Stopped in today for supplies to improve my daughter’s HS soccer field. The team was great to work with, helped find the right materials and loaded everything in my truck. Great customer service and fair prices. They even took the time to explain how to get reimbursed for taxes.
Great location right beside 440 but that staff isn't very professional. Talking amongst each other or on their phones. Id recommend hayes pipe or the site one in Franklin.
Morning of 5/2/26 - Came to the Nashville location because they had everything I needed, after researching on their site. Normally go to SiteOne in Franklin or Murfreesboro. Walked in to the building, politely asked the guy at the register where I could find grass seed, and was yelled at. Not just yelled at but demeaned in front of others. If you call they answer but put you on hold You might call again and again and its same thing nobody help you on the phone Why ? Only god knows Some times I call from inside the store and I see nobody answering the phone
