I had such a great experience at SiteOne yesterday morning. I called right after they opened to double-check availability of a specific plant after striking out at multiple other locations, and the gentleman I spoke with (I regrettably didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. He didn’t just check the system, he physically verified they had the exact plant, size, and quantity I needed. I had a great experience at SiteOne Landscape Supply thanks to Craig. He took the time to understand my issue and helped me find the exact parts I needed to fix my drip irrigation setup. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Really appreciate the excellent service, made the whole process easy.
I originally had issues with service here. Bryan is the new Manager and he has the BEST customer service skills. Very helpful.
