I own a landscape lighting company and have been using SiteOne products for over 10 years. Not only do they have great prices, but the customer service is what has me going back. The branch manager Robert is the best. He always comes through for me if I need a special order or materials they don’t normally stock. I’ve worked with other local suppliers and Robert is the reason site one gets my business.
Closed early on Dec 23 and there was no posting on line or front door. I yravelled 25 mins, went 1.5hrs before closing time and saw employees inside who didn't pay me the courtesy of letting me know instead ignored me when I pulled on the front door
