I placed an order for 3 perennials, all 1 gallon size. I went to pickup and was instructed to drive to delivery location. I was given 2.5 quart plants, about HALF the size of a 1 gallon plant. I immediately took them to the front desk and did receive a refund, after wasting almost an hour of my time. Wasn't a MISTEAK, they were trying to CHEAT me. Front desk originally tried to tell me that they were 'probably mislabeled', implying that they were really gallon plants.
Bought 4 bags of turf infil that I ended up not needing. Returned and got charged a 25% “restocking” fee. I won’t be returning

Site One is a great wholesale supplier to the landscaping companies. They are NOT however a retailer. If you want weekend service as an individual, they are aren’t the place for you. However if you want a great place to purchase as a landscape company, they are among the best! Great people, selection, price and several locations!!
