Was never greeted nor helped, only pointed to what I asked for, tiktok/facebook seemed to be more important. Real customer oriented…
I went there to buy fungicide for the yard. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. How rude. 2 guys behind the counter were on the phone for the 20 minutes I stood by waiting patiently. They didn't even acknowledge I was there. A female employee walked by a few times but seemed to avoid me and went about communicating with other contractors. I'm a homeowner and felt I was very miniscule to them.
