Rainbird Corp told me to go to Site One Landscaping Supply in Homewood to get a warranty replacement on a Rainbird controller. I called the Homewood distribution center and they said normally we only cover our own customers, but I will help you out this time. I drive 60 miles only to be told they would not warrant the product because I didn't buy it there. Lied to me and wasted my time and fuel expense. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
