Sold my wife two joycon remotes that didn’t work aren’t you supposed to test before selling used equipment kinda pissed had her spend 60$ on precooked remotes and one was listed as wireless and doesn’t turn on and isn’t a Nintendo product shady if u ask me
Great selection of products and the customer service is outstanding. I know nothing about gaming and needed to purchase a Christmas gift for a teenage. The sales associate was not only kind and patient but she was also extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful associate.
Be careful — there’s a scam happening at this location involving the automatic sign-up for the PowerUp card. My boyfriend went to trade in a PS4, and the cashier automatically deducted $25 without asking him if he wanted to sign up for the membership. When he checked his receipt and went back to the store, the cashier lied and told him it was automatically deducted by the system. He called GameStop, and they said it takes 45 days for them to send a refund check. Total scam.
