Short staffed, painfully slow especially when it's one worker and people are trading in systems and they have to check everything to make sure it works while there is just a line of people standing there looking around for 30 minutes. The girl working was nice though.

Terrible and rude customer service. Went in there twice and had a bad experience both times. Just go to a different store.
Its been a while since I bought a brand new game ... but let me know if im right or wrong .. I bought a "NEW" GTA5 for PS5 @ this game stop and the game case is already opened no plastic .... is this normal or no ? From what i remember is brand new meant customer gets to open it ... IF it wasnt for the REP MIKE who was a cool dude , gamestop would get a 1 star .
