Drove 45 mins to submit some cards to PSA. The girl at the front was rude and told me she didn’t know how to do it only her manager did, so I asked if she could call him and she got an attitude and said no come back another time. Waste of time, gas and energy

Terrible customer service everyone I spoke to. And the woman there with the tattoos followed me outside and screamed at the top of her lungs he's broke he don't have 15 dollars. When I actually had 20 on me. It wasn't about that it was about getting my money back. She wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Felt as though she was being very prejudice. But hey. I still love self.
