Excellent service and follow through! I called and spoke with Daniel Futrell about an orchard ladder. He was busy helping another customer, but took my number and returned the call as promised. When I called back the next day, he answered the phone, but was busy helping a customer again. As promised he returned my call a second time and processed payment for the ladder.
