HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS ALONG WITH STAFF WHO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS..GAVE ME GREAT ADVISE ON DEVELOPING AND IMPROVING MY LAWN..I TRUST THEM TO GIVE ME CUSTOMER CENTERED ADVISE
As a residential customer I was surprised to not get my refund unless I pay a 25% tax. Both small items were never used and I had my receipt. I do not wear my prescription glasses for reading when shopping and did not notice their fine print under the counter glass. All my other local stores do a full refund. I sent an email to corporate too. Living in retirement community, The Villages Fl as a disable vet and getting on-line to social media and all my clubs.
Called them on a Friday requesting a Saturday delivery of firewood any time after 2pm with a courtesy phone call when they are on their way. Was told they were putting me down for "end of day" and that they would call. No call, no show. Called them at 4:55pm on Saturday after sitting around all afternoon waiting. No answer. Voicemail greeting said "we are currently helping other customers". I left a message that was returned Monday morning.
