Called them on a Friday requesting a Saturday delivery of firewood any time after 2pm with a courtesy phone call when they are on their way. Was told they were putting me down for "end of day" and that they would call. No call, no show. Called them at 4:55pm on Saturday after sitting around all afternoon waiting. No answer.
