I couldn’t run my business without site one. The customer service and quality has always been great. If something I need is not in stock, Sterling gets it here as fast as possible. Great guy, willing to help anyway he can. Glad I can pick up the phone and know he's going to take care of my order.
Sterling Combs at Site One is top notch when it comes to customer service. I can text him or call in an order and ive got a quote emailed usually within the hour. Highly knowledgeable with plant types and applications for our region. Highly recommend
Great selection of plants, Trees, flowers and exterior accessories to make your backyard or patio a showplace. Very helpful staff with good customer service. Great location just outside of the busy traffic areas with convenience to Interstate 475. Definitely a stop to make if you are looking to spruce up your landscaping!
I do not understand how this company has repeat customers. There are no prices on the plants. The plant names are all mixed up and many have no sign to indicate what they are. Out of the 3-4 times I have looked around, no one comes out to offer customer service as you walk around or drive around and look at the plants. After circling around five times today, I went inside only to find no one in there, and their power was out and people sitting around.
