Worst customer service ever. Cant get anyone to help you and when they do they act like your bothering them. As i was leaving another lady said the same thing to me how they are not helpful at all. Went to tristate stone and they helped me right away. Hand delivered samples to my house. This is how they should treat paying customers
It's places like this that teach you what good customer service is. I wish it was closer to me.
Dan helped me hand pick stepper prices for a fireplace for my new home! He weighed and loaded my pieces for me protect this young man at all costs.
Met Dan today and feel bad he is the only one in the yard today and watched him load 7 other trucks ahead of me. Kid told me he only been at SiteOne for 3weeks yet he knows everything at this location I honestly thought he was there more like three years! A+ location and they just need more yard staff place has a large selection of pavers and natural stones.
