This place has been TERRIBLE for my mother in her journey with cancer over the past few months. I can only give 2 stars because I don’t know if the blame lies with Siteman Cancer Center or just the state of the medical field in America right now. Between the SEVERE LACK of communication between the doctors, nurses that don’t seem to know what’s going on, and last minute rescheduling of appointments, this place has been detrimental to my mom’s potential recovery. Update: They have no sense of time! Absolutely none. NO ONE knows to value your time here. Here we are again, and still no one is respecting out time and the fact you have an appointment at a specific time. Why? Why even make appointments here. Why give us an 8:30am appointment and it’s 10:40am and we’re still waiting to get started. Not everyone coming here is old and retired with nothing to do for days at a time.
