Highly communicative, customer focused, and effective professionals when dealing with commercial septic pit pumps and designs. They always come through in emergencies. Highly recommend, especially for large-scale commercial grade septic pit pump repairs/replacements.
Site Specific installed my sewer grinder in April 2024. By January 2025, I noticed that it was running excessively—even when we weren’t using the sink, toilet, or shower. I reached out to Site Specific and worked with Scott, the manager, and John Simmons, who played a key role in troubleshooting the issue. Sept 2024 ..Excellent service from start to finish....Sue was so helpful getting an appointment for me, so pleasant to deal with, John responded quickly to help trouble-shoot the problem w my grinder pump, and was fantastic, professional. John and Sebastian worked hard to repair quickly, they were amazing. Would highly recommend, wonderful service, reasonable rates, too!
