Our technician Kevin performed our grinder pump inspection this morning. He was on time, thorough, and professional. I would gladly recommend him and your company. Thank you.
Kevin came out and got us up and running in less than an hour. He showed tremendous empathy for how hard it was to be without a sewer system for more than 24 hours and didn’t miss a beat even though it was dark out and windy and cold.
Kevin responded to our service call this morning. He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure working with Site Specific Design from setting up the appointment all the way until we were back up and running. I would highly recommend them.
Kevin was great! It is currently heavily sleeting outside and he bared it and fixed our grinder pump in a timely matter. He explained the whole process to me and made sure I understood what was going wrong and what was being fixed. Highly recommend
