Worst experience ever; terrible follow up, rude and unprofessional behavior from the front office and construction supervisor!!
The landscape architect came up with a super design for my yard and patio. I am less pleased with their yard maintenance program as there were several large weeds in prominent locations that were not removed. Their bills offer very little detail as no mention of hours worked to complete tasks, or any real breakdown of the work that was done.. i was also charged for services that were not performed and plants that were never delivered or planted. Very professional. If I can fit in my budget I will use them. They've done excellent work for my daughter. Highly recommended!
I have been made aware that they don't do criminal background checks on potentional/current employees.That should concern clients as their workers will be in and around your home. I just find that a little odd as a supervisor who routinely has to screen people for employment.
Site Planning was recommended to us by neighbors after they completed a cottage renovation for them. We used them for our own cottage and couldn't be more pleased. They completed our projects on time; communication was excellent and they have a great attention to detail. Highly recommend them.
