I was charged an extra $39 unexpectedly for my optometry appointment after being told it was just $10 copay. I have sent three emails requesting a receipt, which I have never received, and no one has responded to my emails. Additionally, the optometrist didn't comment on the condition of my eyes. I asked her how the oil glands looked and she just said she didn't look since I have an opthalmologist who has looked at them. That is really weird, since second opinions are not unusual requests.
