Site for Sore Eyes on Fillmore is a godsend. I’ve been to many optometrists but this location has been the best one. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. They have a vast selection of eyewear but they will also source a frame for you. I asked Anita about a limited edition pair of Etnia frames and within a week or so, I received a text saying they’ve arrived! Now I’m waiting for them to come back fitted with my prescription lenses. I’m a loyal client because Site for Sore Eyes on Fillmore goes above and beyond.
I had a wonderful experience at Site for Sore Eyes! The most welcoming staff (shoutout Anita) made me feel cared for at every step. Impeccable quality service, and I’m thrilled with my new frames. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it
Really unfortunate I have to leave such a bad review, but I was overcharged several hundred dollars for my glasses. They would cost $150 online and I was charged $350 plus $120 to my insurance (470 dollars!!!). When I brought it up they said that it costs more because they have a warranty and I can come back for any repairs to their store. Unfortunately I do not think this validates the cost difference. Hands-down, the best optomitry experience I’ve ever experienced in my entire life the staff clearly care about their job and are passionate and the physician listened to all my concerns with compassion and empathy and did a great job of explaining everything overall 10 out of 10 and will be returning for future appointments. The staff here are the definition of above and beyond. Also, the handwritten thank you card in the mail was an excellent touch
Anita, one of the best, will definitely help you and take care of you! If you need and are looking for glasses, go to her! No other place I would go besides her. Great customer service, great care. Will definitely keep coming back!
