Patiently helped me – I came here to get my first set of contacts. The store and doctors seem like they are always pretty busy, so getting an appointment is always a good idea. I was running late for my appointment but it still only took about 5 minutes of waiting time. They also take walk-ins, but you will probably need to wait 30 minutes or more. Really good – Was there several times to get my eyes looked at and my glasses ordered. The customer service was really good and Dr. Gareth was very friendly. They really helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looked good on my face, and they weren't that expensive.
It's bad enough that I have been wearing glasses since I was 4 years old but , Dr. Valles and the staff make it seem like it's not a big deal. Sean is great with helping newbies learn how to wear contact lens and all the ladies help you select the eyeglasses of your dreams without looking like Sally Jesse Raphael. Great specials and designer frames to help you see where the hell you're going.
the service here was outstanding! To start off, the doctor was amicable and very funny. I left glasses strewn about the whole place in my disorganized indecision. Every so often, a sales associate would silently put something in front of me that was right up my alley. She and my useless friend with the dilated pupils took turns telling me what each pair would communicate to strangers about the kind of person I am deep inside. Very helpful – They helped from the exam, to insurance, and then options of what to get in our budget range.
So happy with the service – My husband and I were so happy with the service about six months ago--that when another special came out-- we did not even hesitate.
