I made an appointment in June for a Saturday Aug. 23. I am only in the area on the weekends and the stylist I see only works every other weekend. So I made sure I had an appointment set for a cut and color before I left my last appointment. When I arrived on Saturday there was no appointment for me. I had the card I was given back in June. You have to experience the Relaxation Package at Sitara Salon and Spa. Jade did an amazing job. I absolutely love the Aveda products and the techniques Jade used. I enjoyed every minute and left feeling incredible
I made an appointment for a women's haircut with the same stylist I had previously. For some reason, unknown to me, my haircut cost $11.00 more. My stylist never disclosed the reason for the increase. That’s a 25% increase without any prior disclosure. I hesitated to give a tip but felt obligated. When did a gratuity (a gift) become an obligation? She did a nice job but this is Onalaska, Wisconsin NOT Los Angeles, California.
