Ordered Prawn Malai Curry , , the sauce was cream coloured and the prawns tough. Not the usual standard as well for the palak paneer, a disappointing dining experience. The Goat curry was good.
Horrible customer service from the front of house guy. Don’t prefer to anybody.
Food taste was above average but quantity was less. We dined in a group tour of 42 people. They blocked certain areas and gave us seats at the back which were not very appealing. If you cannot accommodate big group, then you shouldn't accept the order. If the food was sufficient and in comfortable chairs, i would have given 5*. Taste was really good. Aesthetics and decorations are a little too old and outdated. They did have a nice bar, though we didn't consume anything from the bar.
We have been coming to Sitar for a very long time (over 20 years). This would be our favourite Indian restaurants to dine in or takeaway. Meals are always consistantly good, tasty and reasonably priced. We always order a Lamb madras, Butter Chicken, dhal, Naan breads, Pappadums, Vindaloo's and many more. Thank you for providing delicious Indian cuisine to our local community Sitar :)
