I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Both Dr. Moheys' (Vinod and Megha) are extremly professional and compassionate as are Drs. Singh and El-Naggar. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Just got off work and needed to go to my primary doctor. Entered the building at 5:15 pm signed in, then receptionist informs me they closed at 5:00 today. When waiting room is full. I asked what time they close, she replied 6:00 but today they need to leave early and can't help me. Hmmmm not sure how I feel about that.
I have received excellent care at this office. I have been sent to have extra tests because of my medical conditions. They gave me answers when I didn't even think to ask. I was absolutely sure I had a cardiac issue and they sent me for all the tests and gave me the real reason of why I was feeling the way I was. I could have been bilked for thousands but due to the tests they sent me to, I found out my problem was not as serious but it was something that I will have to deal with for as long as I live. Dr. V.
