RecommendedNadine came to my home for a private consultation with my 6-month-old standard poodle puppy, Belle. Within 5 minutes, she had this out of control, hyperactive puppy sitting at her feet. By the time she left, she had taught us the skills needed to. help maintain good habits and manners. She's a miracle worker. Highly recommend!
I have a service dog. We have been a team for 9 months. The info on dog obedience and the train info of owner dog interaction is awesome. My boy although well trained is doing great and having fun. It's me that needs the extra tips and that's what SitStay training is helping me with. They are not trying to undo what he knows rather helping me become a better handler. l look forward to the up coming weeks, and will continue to take classes as needed. Class days are the highlight of our week! Radar and I loved our first class at Sit Stay Dog Training with Shelley and are excited to move on to the next level in March. The facility is top notch, the obedience training is balanced and every class ends with a variety of fun and useful exercises. Great CLEAN facility and my instructor Miss Shelley has her heart in teaching this class...Just the little things I have learned so far have helped me...The biggest thing being the barking at the door...1 week of training and we are about to become a "3 Bark" let you know something is up and that's all the barking...I have a home business, so that is extremely important. Thrilled that my daughter found this place for our dogs.
Nadine is a very confident and experienced teacher. She willingly shares her knowledge...and just as importantly when she learns something that is better more effective she is humble enough to teach us new things too. Classes are well planned and fun. The other students, people and dogs...are a great group to be with.
Nadine knows what she is doing and I have the proof living at home with me. My dog Bailey and I went to her for obedience training and she broke down allot of my misconceptions. The biggest being that only the dog requires training. She probably taught me more than the dog and it took me twice as long to get it. She is passionate about animals and equipping both people and dogs to be good citizens in the community. Good people, fun classes, fun place to bind with your dog.
We brought our husky puppy to the beginner and intermediate classes and had a great experience. Our pup responded well to the training and we plan on going back this summer to continue training with her. Highly recommend if you want to learn how to teach your dog to listen to you and behave!
