Went in for the first time last month and was told a potential price for a sofa chaise. I was told to come back to speak with Zach to confirm the price. I spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with someone who could facilitate a deal on the sofa chaise. I went by the store a total of 9 times before I was able to meet with Zach and by the time I did, the color I wanted was out of stock for the year.
