Kaitlyn Keyes-Rhames has been a tremendous help to me for both my shoulders I injured years ago with no insurance. I was unable to lift my arms above my head and reaching for items more than a few feet away was painful. I would have to swing my arms from behind or use one arm to assist the other arm/shoulder to get them above my head to reach for things.
