I adore Geri, she cares so much. But getting refills is nearly impossible. No one answers the phone anymore almost ever or calls back. I have been going to Geri for years now, but if this continues I will be forced to go somewhere else. And there is no other way to tell her so I hope she sees this!

I have had a very organic experience with SISU. The care given is very thoughtful and individualized. I like the way they take the time to check on their patients even after the office visits not only to ensure that the medications are working but to see what changes have evolved within daily life. It is not always easy to look beyond your own life and what you may have going on. I appreciate being affiliated with a place that understands life happens to us all. Geri Sasser, APRN may be the most patient practitioner I've ever had. She has answered every question I've had, helped me to understand my disorder, and allowed me to take baby steps when it came to medication. She was so patient with me as I came to terms with needing medication. I don't think I would've found that anywhere else. Her clinic manager Suzie is always helpful and kind. I can't recommend this office enough.

I have been a patient here for quite some time, and I am always listens to and treated with respect.Geri takes the time to try to understand my issues and to do whatever is needed to help me to continue on my path to being a healthier version of myself. The office manager goes above and beyond to be of assistance.
