They over-shipped medication to me and when I asked them to reduce my bill, they refused. Then they black-balled me when I needed more medication. Horrible company, I highly recommend you stay away from them
Amazing clinical team who truly cares for the best patient outcomes. The office staff is very pleasant and easy to work with.
Called to verify a change in my prescription was of no issue, was told absolutely no problem. Now told 2 months later it was an issue, brought up previous conversation and the person on the phone back peddled to "we just don't do that procedure now" and "we have a staff shortage". Confirmed with a friend using them that they were still receiving that procedure and had not received a phone call, but that friend receives it on a weekly rather than monthly basis which makes it appear as if I am just not making them enough money... read more
