Horrible! They changed the patients medications without notification then when asked about dosage we were told to “figure it out”. Nurses would come without notice. When medication was changed again we needed a nurse to instruct us on how to administer and then monitor for reaction signs. We were told a nurse was scheduled. When no one showed up, they told us they were working on it. Then we were told they may not have anyone and it could wait until tomorrow. Most unprofessional communications I have ever had. We didn't actually use the service because it was less expensive to drive to a facility for the needed infusions. But we had begun the process earlier, and we had paid an Intake service fee of $195. When I called to get that amount refunded, they had already taken care of it. And I have to say, everyone I spoke to was professional and kind.
!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOME HEALTH CARE!!! There will be no one to answer for hours on the 24/7 hotline if you need something urgent or have an important question. The communication between the doctor who made the orders and sisu is next to 0. Please be careful going with this provider.

They over-shipped medication to me and when I asked them to reduce my bill, they refused. Then they black-balled me when I needed more medication. Horrible company, I highly recommend you stay away from them
