This was the worst experience - no follow through- no return phone calls- promises of same day urgent care visits- yet when I was in a life threatening emergency being told by the ER doctor that I need to get in touch with primary care- she wouldn’t even take my call- when my partner called on my behalf she was told all the woes of the clinic staff- about being over worked- over booked - systems not working properly- my partner said we don’t care about all of that we are literally trying to keep me from having another grand ... read more
I was previously very appreciative of the care I’d received from Marja Adair. But this office has since switched to a DPC-subscription based service and I no longer recommend them. The transition has been fraught with misinformation and they’re transitioning the practice into a wellness boutique of sorts. You now have to pay $150/mo as a subscription just to get an appointment. I hope in the future that they reconsider their structure and begin offering cash-pay appointments.
Website states Diabetes Management as one of their services, less than five minutes into my appointment she states that they do not manage diabetes! I asked if I could at least get my scripts filled so I had time to get another Dr before my meds ran out. She obliged but did not prescribe the needles needed to take the medication. Discouraged I cancelled my follow up appointment where they are charging me 100 dollars for cancellation too late on an appointment I was pushed into setting to begin with .
