Rented a triplex awhile back... place had roaches.. due to the guy who lived on the end unit who we found out was very unclean. And we also had a wasp problem inside!! They brought some raid... and "took a look around" lol. Justin claimed Colorado doesn't have roaches... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???? Don't do it guys... oh and they have good reviews from their own workers... did a little research.
This rental company moved us into a house that had mold growing it. After we signed our lease we realized there was a lot of mold growing in the kitchen cabinets. Instead of investigating the problem and assuring that there was not mold growing in the dry wall as well, the company ripped out the mold cabinets and replaced with new ones that did not match the other cabinets in the kitchen. Lady Jess Told us to put in our application fee of $35 for me and my girlfriend. Total of $70! After we sent it no word from her. Only get voicemail on phone. No email replies nothing. AND THE HOUSE WASNT EVEN AVAILABLE!!! It was an old listing she keeps reposting and won’t tell you just says give in application money! We were so impressed by SiSu Brothers. They made our cross-country move a breeze and were very accommodating. Justin and the team were courteous and professional, always responding promptly to our needs. The property itself was immaculate, too. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
We did a complimentary inspection on one of their properties, in August. Noticed an overfused circuit. Recommended repairs, but they went with the "less expensive" option. "Less expensive guy" left these people with a dryer (rated for 30amps) on a 50amp circuit. That's against code and a huge fire hazard! It's December and the renter's dryer got fried, by this overfused circuit. The landlord and "less expensive guy" refuse to replace the dryer, due to their negligence.
