Was in and out in 20-30 minutes, no wait whatsoever, treated compassionately and effectively. What a great experience. However, the air quality could be improved for patient and staff health.
Excellent caring receptionist Sabrina who demonstrated compassion, efficiency and care above expectations. Automatic door activator not working when we arrived. Nice experience with the person who took us back to the exam room, provided comfort and thorough background info on the issue. RN Galen then arrived and explained that no imaging capability so we would need to go to a hospital, etc. He then explained the possible outcomes of imaging, that could reveal an intestinal kink, a cancer, etc. None of which was the issue but... read more
On the medical side let me first say that I have received good care at Mercy. But administratively it's hard to imagine a less efficient office. I made an appointment online and filled out a ton of forms at that time. On the day of my appointment I got a text, asking me to fill out the same forms. I arrived twenty minutes early for my appointment, thinking they might be able to just work me in. The care I received was kind and made me feel safe, comfortable, and well informed. I was struggling with excessive vomit/diarrhea for a few days. Apparently the stomach bug is real and I’ve got to be more careful eating outside of my home. Regarding check in, there were not enough optional boxes to check RACE, therefore I chose PREFER NOT TO ANSWER” or OTHER.
