All of the staff on 3 West were amazing. I did not think the old style health care still existed. The Nurses and CNA's gave me personal care. All medicines were explained and we planned my pain control regimen together following my hip replacement. All departments sanitized their hands upon entering and exiting my room without exception. My room was kept clean, linens changed, calls for assistance answered promptly and the meals were hot. You made my surgical experience the best it could be. Thank you all.
From the moment that I arrived to my time of discharge, everyone has been top-notch with providing care to me, from the result of my accident at home. This is a terrible way to meet new people. Although, I'm glad that you have such a great team of professionals working together under the same roof. A big thank you to Dr. Jae Kim. You did an excellent job!
Utter garbage. The staff is so outnumbered that patients aren't receiving quality care. My pain meds were an hour and a half late. And my ROOM MATE. oh yeah, we got double rooms here, has been asking to be helped to the bathroom for about 45 minutes. Get your shit together guys.
My daughter came in with keto acidosis and was put in the ICU unit. I have been in and out of hospitals my whole life and never received the care like we did at Sister's Hospital. Top notch care. She went from ICU to being discharged in 3 days. Thank you to the nursing staff. I couldn't have made it through this scary ordeal without your amazing care. Thank you a million times.
