For an emergency you are going to wait for 4-5 hours to be attended by a nurse/Doctor. I am right now sitting here for 4 hours 43 minutes and still waiting in the lobby.
I was treated like an inmate. I was in horrible condition and I was told if I don’t like it I can leave. Mind you I came in via ambulance or I would have left within the first 20 min. The security guards and intake sat there and laughed at patients not only the sick ones but ones clearly with mental health issues. This place should be condemned. Worst ER experience of my life. Sat in the waiting room from 5:30-11:30pm- 6 hours with a husband who was hallucinating and thank goodness I had his meds, which a nurse had the nerve to tell me I shouldn’t give him anything after being checked in. There was a woman with an 18 month baby who was crying and writhing in pain for the same amount of time. The place looked dirty. It was not that busy to take that long. On 11/25/25 according to the Doctor apparently 7am baby Ayaan Hossain’s IV from his hand came off and he bled from his hand and by the time a hospital employee find out, he already lost significant amount of blood. His bleed level came down to 33 by the time they stopped by bleeding. When I questioned the Nurse & Doctor that how can a baby in NICU with oxygen and feeding tube on without supervision bled out that much blood?
