Let me start by saying: I don’t write reviews. But what happened at this joke of a “nail salon” was so disrespectful, so infuriating, so beyond unprofessional, I felt COMPELLED to warn the entire world. I made an appointment WEEKS in advance. I even confirmed it the day before because, unlike THEM, I’m organized. I show up ready to go—and what do I get? A half-hearted, mumbled “We had to cancel your appointment.” EXCUSE ME??? Cancelled. “I’d rather let raccoons do my nails.” Where do I even begin? Walking into this “nail salon” (and I use that term generously) was like stepping into a time warp — circa 1993, fluorescent lighting, cracked pleather chairs, and a scent I can only describe as expired acetone mixed with despair. I asked for a simple gel manicure. What I got was a lumpy, uneven, neon nightmare that looked like it had been applied during a minor earthquake. They are absolutely amazing!! The design they created on my nails was identical to my inspiration picture. Seriously the best nail place I have ever been to, will definitely be going back!
