I've been a customer for many years, bought thousands of dollars of items. I recently bought a 1600 replacement wedding band. I am very careful with it, never wear it anywhere it might get damaged, yet after only two weeks it has many scratches. I tried to return it, they refused. They did offer to polish it for me whenever I was in town. Parking in Boston is expensive, today's visit to attempt to return it took over an hour of travel time, plus $40 in parking. I will never purchase from them again.

Sisters Jewelry we our first (and last) stop in The Jewelers Building of Boston. We chose them upon recommendation from friends. They made the experience fun, easy, and quick. I was so happy to be taking my ring home within a couple of hours of choosing it. Thank you Anna and Elianna for the wonderful experience today and for being a part of our engagement.
