I've been a customer for many years, bought thousands of dollars of items. I recently bought a 1600 replacement wedding band. I am very careful with it, never wear it anywhere it might get damaged, yet after only two weeks it has many scratches. I tried to return it, they refused. They did offer to polish it for me whenever I was in town. Parking in Boston is expensive, today's visit to attempt to return it took over an hour of travel time, plus $40 in parking. I will never purchase from them again.
