The business owner is not willing to work with the client at all. I had a first time clean and had serious issues- two toilets with stains in the inside bowl(which can out when I used the toilet brush), entire room and stair set completely missed with vacuuming, and a kitchen floor that looked like it had not been swept or mopped- I got an large pile of dirt off the floor when I got home.
