What a beautiful surprise—birthday flowers from my sister! Even sweeter? The company is called Sisters & Blooms—meant to be, right? She said ordering was a breeze, and the bouquet is just stunning. I agree they are stunning!!
I purchased a $100, 2.7 ft tall Dieffenbachia FLOOR plant and they took the liberty of delivering the ZZ top plant in the pink pot instead (which wasn’t even half of the size of the floor plant I ordered & paid for). An equal substitution would have been to give me another large peace lily, like the one I ALSO ordered, which is pictured next to the pink potted ZZ top. Dissatisfied. Poor quality, received an unprofessional bouquet than what I viewed online. Also, paid for deluxe and when it arrived to the receiver to looked like the bare minimum.
Disappointed in Quality and Presentation I was really looking forward to surprising my mom with the “Pastel Traditions - A Florist Original” arrangement, as the online image showcased a beautifully curated bouquet with soft, elegant pastel colors and a variety of blooms artfully arranged in a clear glass vase.
