I went to them because my sister went there a year ago & her box braids were beautiful. First, I was told to come on a Sunday at 3:30 & when I got there my braider wasn't there. She didn't come in until 5pm. I wasn't out of the shop until 1am Monday. The braids turned out nice, but by Thursaday three braids had came out in the back and one in the front.
