This business is very unprofessional, and they were unwilling to refund my money for an order that I placed with them online on Tuesday, 08/13/24. I received the order on Thursday, 08/15/24. When I opened the box, I could see through the item packaging that the drawstring ponytails were not the same number 4 hair color (medium brown) as I was expecting. The products were very dark.
