Sherrá was, and still is, very helpful while coaching me for applying to leadership positions at various higher education institutions all over the US. She is very knowledgeable in her field and would highly recommend her with no reservations as your next coach. She is stern but does it gracefully and with compassion.
Counseling and coaching seems hard to swallow at first. Then you realize when life gets such you need a special skill to pull you out of the mud. Sister Wells services has not only allowed me to get out of the mud but also should me how to make delicious mud pies. That all bad situations are a part of life but you don't have to remain stuck. They saved my life.
I have nothing but great things to say about this group of women! I highly recommend working with Tori! She is compassionate, & helps break things down in a way to help you process what you are experiencing.
