I visited the salon for the first time a week ago. The young lady who did my nails was very nice. but my nails broke within a week. I contacted the salon, the owner scheduled an appointment with one of her best nail techs, stayed until my appointment was finished to make sure I was happy, and was very appreciative for a chance to make it right. I am genuinely upset that I have never been to the salon! It's the experience for me! The conversation, the nail art, the feeling of being somewhere you belong! Oh, and great conversation and awesome pedicure and manicure! Again, how could I have not known about this piece?? I am telling everyone!
A bit pricey for this quality of work but I’d return to try something different. The owner and staff were very nice people. Update: Day 2…the polish has come off
Very disappointing service. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM, several days in advance. I showed up a couple of minutes late, and was told my technician (Jaz) wasn’t available yet. They told me I could come back in 20-30 minutes, so I returned at 12:00 PM. I was once again told my technician wasn’t ready yet, and that it would only be a little bit longer. extremely disorganized, untimely, nails were done very sloppy, i would Recommend going somewhere more established and efficient. shop owner and staff were polite / friendly however this shop is not off the ground yet
