I went to this nail salon last Saturday, 23 August 2025, and three days later my nails were falling off. When I went back to ask them to fixed the nails or give me a refund, I was met with yelling and disrespectful actions, like walking away while I was trying to speak. I do not recommend anyone spend their money at this nail salon.
I’ve gone to this salon for many years and I had my first problem with a service I received and they refused to fix and were rude and very dismissive. They’re staff is made up of predominantly Asian workers and the clients are predominantly black. They became rude and told me I had to pay before being serviced because someone ran out without paying yesterday.
