What a cold and unprofessional reception and Radiology Waiting Room area. The female that checked me in had the worst attitude. I’ve been coming here for years and always had the best experience until today. The staff needs training on customer service and professionalism
Good evening Family. I visited for the first time for my pulmonary appointment.. I talked to a lady in the waiting room, who was very friendly.. I filled out paperwork and presented my id and insurance card. I was on time but I waited a half hour to be seen. My vitals signs were taken and everything came out great. I have officially shrunk. My height was taken and now I'm 5'9"which is alright with me. I discussed symptoms with the doctor and we talked about next steps. I will follow up next week.
