I would give 0 stars if possible and would certainly NOT recommend this beautician to anyone! She grossly underestimated how long the braiding process would take and scheduled 4 other appointments during my daughter’s appointment. When it was obvious she would not finish my daughter’s hair before close she asked my daughter to call into work or skip classes to be finished the next day. I do not recommend this place at all. I recommend doing research and asking thorough questions on specific styles. I had a sew-in done here that was absolutely horrid. The owner didn't know what she was doing. And the worst part it, she never mentioned that she wasn't comfortable with the style. I had to go back the next day for her to fix the mistakes, and it still came out bad (Very lumpy!). She asked me to pick up more sew-in thread before i came back because she ran out.
