I went in with my engagement ring to be resized and was told it would be around 2 weeks before they could get to it. After explaining I would just come back after the holidays and have it done, the jeweler said she would make it a priority and did! My ring was resized in around 3 hours! Wonderful! But here’s the issue I have with my experience; when I walked in to pick my ring up, the security guard was looking straight at me and commented, “I’m not saying a word”. -all while laughing as he’s walking off.
