Do not rent from Janine Raspanti if you can avoid it. She and Sissy would harass us with texts for the rent if it was even just one day late (even though the lease send we had five days). J also took over half of our deposit to pay for things that were broken when we moved in. She also could never fix the plumbing while we lived there.
