Done business with these people for over 30 years. 5 star for sure
I called to request a service appointment on Saturday and was told that the secretary would be calling me back as she schedules the appointments. I still have not received a call. So I called a local plumber who came and fixed or problem within an hour of my call. I wouldn't recommend Sisson's to anyone. We'll continue to use the plumber for maintenance and repairs, and will purchase our next fire place from a different retailer who will actually value their customers.
Awesome! Our stove wasnt working properly so I called for service. The tech who came was fast and friendly, in and out in 15 minutes. Great service!
