As always, everything was great! The rental car was right there waiting for us. There were no hold ups with any part of the process. You guys are awesome!
"Nordstrom-level" service. Absolutely every detail is attended to, communication on status of the repair is timely and consistent and all insurance company swerve balls are line drived back at them. The accident was an awful experience but at least my collision repair experience at Sisson's was fabulous!
They always take such great care of my husband and I, as customers as well as our vehicles. The girls in the office are so friendly and accommodating. They take care of the insurance, the car rental, any and all paperwork and they go above and beyond to ensure a hassle free experience. And their body shop staff do amazing work on fixing any and all damage from accidents. They too go above and beyond by vacuuming out the interior of my vehicle and washing the exterior.
