One of the few affordable places to live in Missoula. Could be vastly improved by proper lighting in common/outside spaces (not so much as to ruin the night sky, just enough that emergency medical responders can actually find the correct apartment without having to waste precious moments), installing dog bag stations, basic clean up by building managers. The apartments are much nicer than appears - large, lofty ceilings, huge windows, plenty of storage, and a nearly all-white interior. Quiet and in a great location - half mile from the University, near Griz Grocer and other amenities, and hiking trails out the back door. Mold seems to be a problem in many of the apartments, unfortunately.
